1. How the service is provided
The bioinformatics platform service is provided at a flat rate for one year at a time (annual fee). The service period is one year from activation; the invoice is issued and paid on the activation date.
2. Refunds for the bioinformatics platform service
- If you request a refund within 7 days of the payment date, the full amount paid is refunded.
- If you cancel after those 7 days, we refund the amount calculated as follows.
- Monthly fee = annual fee paid ÷ 12, amounts below one won discarded (Basic KRW 400,000 · GPU KRW 500,000 · High-end KRW 733,333 · High-end GPU KRW 833,333)
- Any month in which the service was used, even for one day, counts as a used month. Months are counted from the activation date (the invoice payment date).
Refund = annual fee paid − (monthly fee × months used)
Amounts below one won are discarded.
3. Analysis services
Analysis services are custom work made to your order and cannot be refunded.
4. How to request a refund
Please request a refund by email (minkju3003@gmail.com) or phone (+82-10-7912-9678) and include:
- Company or institution name
- Payment date
- Payment method
- Reason for the refund
Refund requests are processed without delay once received. Card payments are refunded by cancelling the card payment; when the cancellation appears depends on the card company.
